| Corporate Yoga Classes Bring the benefits of Yoga to your workplace! Yoga is an effective antidote to the stress of modern-day challenges in business and in life. Corporate classes focus specifically on breath awareness to calm the mind and body, a flowing series of poses to stretch the body in all directions, twisting poses to stimulate the core muscles, shoulder and hip openers to counter the effects of sitting at a computer, and finally a period of quiet relaxation to counter the effects of stress. Classes can be held in common areas or conference rooms, and last approximately one hour. Yoga-at-your-Desk This workshop helps introduce many of the breathing and stretching exercises, and gives the employees a foundation of poses to do at their desk to help re-energize and re-focus throughout the day.
